dinD+gfp
Since the expression of dinD in E. coli is relatively stable, the expression level of dinD can be used to express the cell activity. But the expression level of dinD is worse than umuDC, so we choose umuDC to be the final part used in our project. After the introduction of the "dinD+gfp" line, the fluorescence intensity expressed by E. coli can refer to the biological activity of the cells at this time, and it can be judged whether the normal physiological activity is affected and the degree of influence. Based on this, a related experiment was designed to determine the specific damage degree of E. coli at different concentrations of damaging agents. This line provides feedback to E. coli that is damaged and has reduced physiological activity. This line effectively improves the measurement accuracy of E. coli activity
